Over-skims are one of the most common jobs we undertake. Whether this be to cover dated looking Artex ceilings or to take action against cracking ceilings and walls.

Loft Conversion
With the Framework to the conversion completed. We went in and finished the build. Insulating, Plaster-boarding, Skimming, Second-fix Woodwork & Final Decoration.

external rendering
Rendering can not only transform the look of a house, but increases the durability of external walls from the elements.

Complete Refresh
Fresh beads were used sound the breast, and run around the fireplace opening. The ceiling, breast and adjoining walls were all skimmed, and then we fitted an oak mantle to finish off the fresh new look.

barn conversion
Here is a complete barn conversion, into a pool-side snug/games room. Floor levelling, insulation & screed along with internal wall studwork, insulation, plaster-boarding, skimming & final decorations. All completed to spec and very happy customers.

en suite extension
This is an en-suite extension added onto a previously completed renovation. The cut-through, fitting lintel, insulation, plaster-boarding and plastering was completed by us on this one.

garden gym
This was a 'from-the-ground-up' development. To be used as a gym next to the main property. Stud walls were erected, insulation, plaster-boarding, plastering and final decoration completed by Skim 2 Fin.

garden office
Running parallel to the garden gym, was the development of this office on the side of the property. Again, after initial timber frame, electrics, windows and floor finish, everything was undertaken by us.

rendering
Following extensive refurbishment on the inside of the property, we rendered the front of the house using traditional sand and cement.

skimming
Garage development with extension added on. Customers can now make better use of the unorthodox access to the property.

garage conversion
An unused garage converted into an office and storage space. Internal skimming and external rendering completed.

kitchen wall tidy up
After a redevelopment, the remaining existing kitchen wall was in a sorry state. So the client asked for us to come back and tidy it up.
