The Options
Every internal wall insulation project is different, as this requires us to have a number of different materials to offer our clients so we can meet the their needs regardless of the situation.
From space constraints to building breathability, from our thorough site surveys we will be able to hand pick the perfect insulation solution, to provide you with the maximum thermal uplift within your home.

Polystyrene backed Plasterboard
One of the go to options for internal wall insulation. Enhanced thermal efficiency, improved acoustics and time/cost savings are a few of the benefits this offers. Available in a number of sizes to suit project parameters.
PIR Plasterboard
Much like the Polystyrene Plasterboard, PIR Plasterboard is another go to in the industry. For a slightly more expensive material you can not only expect a higher thermal uplift and increased fire resistance. But also with it's build in Vapour Control Layer, you can rest assured no moisture at all will be able to breach through when properly installed.

XPS Insulated Panels
Floorspace can and will be a major factor when choosing the right insulation. XPS Panels are available in thinner options, and while still providing thermal uplift removes the need in most cases for fittings and trims to be adjusted during install.
SWIP Systems
SWIP studs eliminate the thermal bridging issue associated with timber and metal stud systems. This combined with SWIP insulating slabs and SWIP Vapour Control Layer creates an insulating but breathable system.

Breathaboard
Breathaboard offers several advantages over traditional plasterboard, including being a sustainable, carbon-neutral alternative, offering moisture regulation, and providing enhanced insulation. On top of this, when combined with Breathaplasta's finishes you can achieve an insulated breathable system.
Natural Cork
Natural cork is a breathable system which offers great thermal and acoustic properties. With the ability to either be hand applied or sprayed, this material is not only breathable and a great insulator, but can also be used where space constraints require a thinner option.
